Using premium matcha, we mix up seasonal flavors to compliment the earthy brew. If you’re feeling cheeky, top it off with our salted cream for an indulgent sweet and salty experience.

Translates to “raw” in Japanese, the misleading name is attributed to the fresh, bouncy, and mochi-mochi-like texture of these donuts. Coated in sugar for a sweet finish.

Our Roots

It began with exploring the expansive neighborhoods of Los Angeles, California and discovering unique tastes on every corner. From Latin panaderias serving pan dulce and cafecito, to Asian bakeries ringing up mooncakes and matcha. Across the suburbs of San Gabriel Valley to the beaches of Santa Monica, the city inspired us to bridge cultures through a shared obsession with food.
